As far as I know, there is no server software for the IIgs. Which means
that you won't be able to log into the IIgs. To be able to log into
the PC from your IIgs, the PC would have to be running some kind of
Appletalk server software. I don't know if any exists, I suspect not.

I think you have two ways to go about it, First, you could get some kind
of PC networking software (if you don't already have it) and then look
into Appletalk bridge hardware. I know this exists. It's used to connect
Mac Appletalk networks to other kinds of networks. Second, pick up a
second hand Mac and run a drive sharing network with it instead. System
7 has a personal Appletalk server built it. Of course, that wouldn't help
you see the PC from the IIgs but it would give you a networked IIgs :-).
