ApplePC Emulator

Hi!
I Have an Apple IIc computer with 1MB Applied Engineering RAM card (Z80 and
clock), and I want to use a emulator that resembles this setup as closely
as possible.

What is the best way to obtain a large AppleWorks desktop memory and
support the clock with the ApplePC or AppleWin emulators?

Also I am interested in printing from those emulators.
