   As installing Appletalk installs that file, I'd expect it to be
needed for Appletalk-related stuff like printing. [Not 100% sure since
I don't run Appletalk.] Enabling/Disabling is might be the best
solution, though you might be able to normally leave it disabled and
use the 'IR' extension to install it later when needed.
