Apple IIC Serial interface?

  I was an Apple IIe user many eons ago, so forgive my ignorance of
its younger brother the IIc.
  I am thinking of getting a used IIc now, just to transfer disk
images to my PC for use with emulators.  Does the IIc have the
necessary serial interface in it?  I know it was a card for the IIe,
but I don't think the IIc has any slots.  Does it have this
capability?
