You know, I'm reminded of the policy of the DevTeam, the
group of individuals responsible for the greatest computer game
in the universe, NetHack.  They categoricaly refuse to
discuss up-coming releases.  It appears without fanfare to
an eager mob.  No whispered rumours about beta testing.
No people whining that they've been playing v3.2.1 forEVER.
Just quiet anticipation.

I used to think they were being excessive on this point, but
after this thread, I've revised my opinion.
