As a Technical Support Manager you are certainly showing me what
great customer service is all about. You know, don't email asking me
what the heck is going on just attack me on USENET in front of
thousands (millions (?)). Then don't answer any questions I post,
just ignore me. And then when I return the favor by posting one line
on small website (AuctionWeb) compared to USENET, go ballistic and
create a webpage showing how evil I am.
I love it <grin>. My fifteen minutes of infamy courtesy of Mr.
Mori.
By the way, I love those comments on AuctionWeb on how I'm a
liar. What proof do you have? You know, the kind that will actually
stand up and isn't just your opinion?
Oh, yes, a company can refuse service, but sometimes refusing
service violates contracts which is a messy business that usually
involves lawyers. Also, denying someone service _can_ fall under
civil rights laws, but I guess you aren't worried about fairness, just
getting even for all imagined slights.
Thanks for putting my name in front of lots of people. I sure
I'll be helping people discover how to use their killfiles <grin>.
Later,
Edward
