Q:80 Column Card

Hello:

 I have an Apple //e with an 80 column card.

 The number on the card is 820-0066-A. It also says AIIE 80 COL on the
card.

 Is this the card that gives me the additional 64k of memory or is it
the one that just enables 80 column mode?
