Well, here's a beauty (SEE EXACT COPY OF AN EMAIL _BELOW- I JUST GOT) 
for all CSA2 subscribers to review and comment on with your threads, 
feelings on same or WHATEVER!  PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The offending archive 
has been removed from the GS WorldView web site and all references to it 
thereof!  Way to go Sheppy, and Burger Bill.

FWIT - I had no knowledge that my placing the archive of the Wolf3D IIGS 
demo/beta - on the GS WorldView web site - constituted any form of 
vilolation - what-so-ever. Thanks so much for your prompt and so very 
informative email, bringing to my attention the matter of GS WorldView 
being explicited forbidden from having this archive which also resides 
on; Ground apple2 ftp site and several others web sites and ftp sites 
around the world!

This email is in regard to your placing the beta demo of Wolfenstein 3D 
for the Apple IIgs on your home page.  You do not have authorization to 
distribute this product.  In fact, said permission is EXPLICITLY DENIED.  
You will remove the Wolfenstein 3D beta demo from your home page, and 
cease ALL DISTRIBUTION THEREOF at once.

Logicware, Inc. and id Software hold the copyright to the Apple IIgs 
version of Wolfenstein 3D, which gives us the right to deny you 
permission to distribute it.  You, personally, Charles Turley, and One 
World Software Wizards are expressly DENIED permission to distribute any 
version of Wolfenstein 3D until notified otherwise by Logicware, Inc.

As such, we must insist that you remove the software from your site at 
once.

In addition, it has been publicly stated that permission to distribute 
the beta demo of Wolfenstein 3D is DENIED to newsletters-on-disk, 
ezines, 
and disk-of-the-month distributors.  This, too, excludes your site from 
permission to distribute the demo.

Please see to the removal of this demo, and any mention thereof, from 
your home page immediately.
