I remember there being a thread quite a while back regarding the
archiving of old hardware manuals, but I don't recall the outcome.

	1.  Did we conclude that the upload of digitized manuals for
	    obsolete _hardware_ was ok, since the manual is useless
	    unless one owns the hardware?

	2.  If the answer to (1) is yes, was there a particular
	    web/ftp site that was being used for this purpose?
