It's probably not entirely legal, but I would have no qualms about
downloading a DSK version of Appleworks that I already owned legally. For
example, if I legally own Appleworks 3.0, I would download a DSK version of
Appleworks 3.0. IMHO downloading an upgrade to what I legally own is
morally wrong.
However, if you do not have a site license, you can only run one copy of
Appleworks at any time. If you're running it under emulation, then you
cannot legally be running it on a real Apple II simultaneously.
