OK - here's a clue for you -- The size of these pages is grotesque (sp?)!!
It's not even worth explaining how much bandwidth is being wasted, but
then again, that's not really the point.  The point is that this page,
fwiw, is poorely designed, and it does some very bad (read html syntax
problems) things.  If more time were spent making sure that this worked
with browsers like lynx (which is about the only browser that can be used
when dialing in with an Apple ][) we would be much better off.  I'm pretty
sure that if you check with most bofh types, you will find that most agree
that the WWW is an unnecessary waste of bandwidth.
