Midi interface for Apple2e?

Unless you already have the software for the 2e and the MPU, you may find 
the Passport midi interface card for the A2e just as useful if not more so.

The main advantage of the Passport card is that it is supported by 
software for the IIGS some of which is still supported by the authors and 
used/enjoyed by the Apple2 community.

With the price of IIGS' these days, and considering the awkwardness of 
the 2e midi programs I've used, you may be happier in the long run.
