Read any of the numerous guides to building a WWW page.  They all
give advice remarkably similar to Nathan's.  Content counts.
Cutesy gifs instead of default bullets aren't worth the time
to load them.  Neither are allegedly funny <HR> substitutes.

However, the 1WSW page transcends this.  It doesn't have any style
at all: just a display of a directory structure with a few comments.
Big whoop.  There's no excuse for not having a nicer front end.
You might as well just run an FTP session.
