Yeesh, it's been so long since I've run it off 5.25, I'll have to think on this
one.

Side 1: The actual ProTerm program, PROTERM.BIOS, code files 0-2
Side 2: Code files 3-4, dialing lists, and the global macros file.

I'm thinking this is how it was. Don't quote me on this. If it doesn't work,
shuffle the PROTERM.CODE files around a bit.

Anybody else know? I'm at a loss. :-)
