Clearly you are morally-impaired.

What does it take to convince you that stealing something that belongs to
someone else is wrong?

You had a copy of Convert3200 on your ftp site, by your own admission. You
didn't pay for it, by your own admission. Therefore, you had no business
having it on your ftp site, regardless of any "ploy". And don't re-sell
the drivel about just pirating "old" software. Convert3200 is a
commercially available program.

I don't need a plethora of arguments. I need one correct argument. You're
a thief. See, that was easy.
