Is IIgs Rom00 to Rom01 Still free? In Canada...or anyone got a rom01 chip for sale in Toronto?

  I finally got a IIgs, of course...its a Rom 00... sigh.  Anyone know if the 
IIgs Rom 00 to Rom 01 is still free in Canada?  
 
  If so, what is the name of the upgrade called so I can pester some poor 
dealer... :)
 
  If not, does anyone in Toronto or southern Ontario have a Rom 01 Chip for 
sale???
