Help needed locating schematic/cable for a PC Transporter

Hello all,
        I need to find either a cable or a schematic for a cable.  The
cable is the one that connects a PC Transporter to the  Colorswitch for
the Apple //gs.  The cable connects to the PC Transporter and the card
that converts the CGA signal into something that the Apple monitor
(color) can use.  If you need more information I can provide it.
