Obviously he doesn't.  But anyone should know better than to post
a question to a group he doesn't know the content of.  It should
also be obvious that given the choice between c.s.a and csa.gno
(and given that he doesn't know what gno is) that csa would
be a better place to ask.

The criticism is wholly justified.
