Well Jay, prices will vary depending on what part of the world you're
in, and about a thousand other variables.  I work with Apple IIs every
day and I'm afraid the street price (retail) in Wisconsin isn't much 
above US$100, even for a perfect machine with only 20,000 miles and new 
tires!!  A Wisconsin used computer seller lists an Apple IIc system for 
US$129 plus $15 for shipping.  You can hang around csa2.marketplace for
a while and see what others are asking (but you don't usually see what
price was actually agreed to.)

If you are getting values because you are looking for a good home for
your beloved IIc, you might want to contact you local school district,
of better yet, some of the private schools in your area.  In our school 
system we're always looking for more Apple IIs, because we use them 
in the classrooms for all kinds of stuff.  If you donate it to your
school, it will be loved by the teachers and kids, get a lot of great 
use, AND you can feel good.  (Oh ya, you also get a tax write-off--for
a value _you_ set--and then bicker about with the IRS if you get
audited.  :-)
