   ProSEL might have this capability built into its disk defragger,
but I'm not sure about what you're asking, and the exact details of
ProSEL's abilities. What I expect you mean is that you have a
directory that used to contain a lot of files, but is now much
emptier. The directory still uses lots of space on the disk, since
it has lots of unused file entries. If you do a directory sort in
ProSEL, it'll either move all unused entries to the end (allowing it
to be shortened nicely) or sort the unused entries in with the rest.

   What might work better is to create a new directory and Move all
the existing files over. That shouldn't use much more disk space, and
will result in a directory file no larger than it needs to be.
