Hmm, wasn't Apple II system 4.0 on ftp.apple.com? I tried looking there today,
but I couldn't find it. I'm in need of it to startup my BBS automatically
after a) a reset or b) a power failure. The Ramfast allows you to boot from
any partition. So if anyone knows where to get/ buy it, please let me know...
Contacting OUR users' group doesn't work that fast :-(
