I've seen that.  I got it myself, but in response to a pyramid scammer. 
The mail also bounced on the direct user address.

NEMOnet seems to have an epidemic of outgoing spam on their hands.  The
response is an automated response to every message sent to their postmaster
address.

Followups redirected to news.admin.net-abuse.misc.  Let's not compound the
bandwidth waste in our newsgroups any more.
