On Apple //s, the arrow keys (also the Esc, Return, delete, and Tab
keys) all have control-key equivalants.  Ctrl-K is the same as
<Up-Arrow>, Tab is Ctrl-I, and Return is Ctrl-M.  If you disable the
arrow keys, you disable Ctrl-K.
