Assuming you are suggesting a IIgs-on-a-card, that would be brilliant.
(A IIe emulation card would be completely useless for me.) I could save
half of the space on my desk, and avoid the problem of the eventual
death of my IIgs monitor (I reckon it has about six months of continuous
use left, so I've been minimising my use of it).
Of course, if Apple made it, it would probably be a standard speed IIgs,
not an accelerated one. :-(
Imagine a PowerMac with PC and Apple II co-processor cards. Running
three programs at once. :-)
