GS+ has a program that allows you to move the default Trash position, 
plus change a couple of other attributes, such as changing the Finder 
Shut Down dialog default radio button selection ("Shut Down, Restart, 
Quit to Previous...").

Ah...just found it:  it's called "Geeker", in Volume 6 Number 2.
