They are both very similar in capability, so go with the one that you can
get the best deal on.  However, if you would ever decide to do anything but
play games on it, the IIe is the better machine because it has slots that
you can use to add more RAM, clock, etc.  (You can add all that stuff in
the IIc, but the stuff is harder to find and tends to be more expensive.
