heh, heh, I really like the one that runs on the desk _next_ to my
Pentium 166 :) After all these years I still delight in how SIMPLE
the Apple II is. Oddly enough its simplicity allowes it to be easily
adapted to do incredibly complex things. We just bought two more GS's
at work. One's going to run an experimental near-IR spectrophotometer
and the other a time-of-flight mass spectrometer we're developing. A lot
of this stuff ends up on PIC chips once we've developed the code on an
Apple II, which BTW makes an ideal platform for this type of development
as the language the PICs use isn't too far removed from BASIC or 6502
assembler.

As Red Green says... any tool can be the right tool :)
