Thanks for the clarification on the archive and it's status (?) Louis. 
Now that I've been advised by you that it's also available under another 
archive name on Ground, and is not the P8 GUI software from Kitchen Sink 
Software - then I guess it would be safe to make it available within my 
GS WorldView web site in the following URL.

That's provided it doesn't upset Joe Kohn or anybody else and Joe can 
varify that it's not something he sells as a commercial software
