jpeGS version 1.1 released

Well, between graduate classes, research, and the occasional hard
drive crash, I've been able to finish an update to jpeGS.  Apart
from a few cosmetic additions, the only improvement in version 1.1
is speed.  It runs about 3-5 times faster for color images, and
about 1.5-2 times faster for grayscale images.  There's still a
few routines that need speeding up, and I'd still like to add a
"Save As..." feature some time in the future.

jpeGSv11.shk has been posted to the binaries, and uploaded to 
apple2.caltech.edu and ftp.hypermall.com.  It may take a little
while for the files to get sorted out on the ftp sites, though.
