It is probably Apple's own ImageWriter Emulator, which they would have
licensed for inclusion in Publish-It!
I tried using the ImageWriter Emulator with an HP Laserjet 4ML, and it
didn't work at all. (The same printer was also not able to print any
text from the IIgs which used fonts other than the ones built into the
printer.)
