No time to give a full list, but try appending a ",D2" to the end of your
DOS command to get to the second drive. You can also specify the
controller slot (1-7) using the ",Sn" switch, but odds are pretty good
that there is only one controller card in your machine, therefore you
don't need to bother with it. So...the following works in either DOS 3.3
or ProDOS...
a) System ALWAYS boots from Drive 1.
b) Frequent commands are as follows--
CATALOG Generates a directory listing.
LOAD filename Loads a BASIC program (filetype A, I, or BAS).
SAVE filename Saves the BASIC program in memory to a file named "filename"
BLOAD filename Loads a binary image called "filename" into memory
Those are the ones you'll need the most; there are lots more. Have fun!
If you can find one, the "Apple ][ User's Guide" is an excellent
introductory manual good for everything from a general introduction to
fairly advanced Applesoft BASIC programming.
And you can always ask on comp.sys.apple2!
