    That sequence of key presses will only perform a warm-boot.
The correct way to run the built-in diagnostic routines is:
Solid-Apple + Control + Reset, holding down the first two keys
and then pressing and releasing Reset (keeping the Apple key
depressed is most important).

>If not, you have problems.

    That only applies to the original Apple IIe, the enhanced
version will display "System OK" if it passes.
