Regarding the meeting of Apple II programmers at ID software,
and the book about clasic game programmers, I am thinking
that these persons could be interesting,too:

- Robert Woodhead or Andrew Greenberg as a member of Sir-Tech

- Ken or Roberta Williams as a member of Sierra

- Greg Malone who worked on many old Penguin titles and at Origin

- Jon van Caneghem from New World Computing

- Robert C. Clardy from Synergistic Software

- And of course "Burger" Bill Heineman who deserves a seperate
  Book for himself, but that's another story... :)
