See what i was thinking since he was using the 1024x768 setting he is
basically up scaling the video that the IIgs outputs, allot of things
don't scale well when its video is unscaled (the dithering effect used
to make colors on the IIgs for a example), if i was to set the device
to 640x480 it might not defeat the dithering effect used by the IIgs
as bad as having it set to 1024x768.
i use ActiveGS as a emulator and when you re size the emulator window
(when running the standalone program) you will get the same effect as
you do when you upscale the video (the dithered colors don't show up
properly).
