Copy II+ versions 8.x and 9.x do not include support for disk image
files (at least, 8.3 and later do not - I haven't seen earlier 8.x
versions).

The only Copy II+ versions I have seen which support disk images are 7.2
and 7.4.  I assume this feature was added in 7.0 and removed in 8.0.
(I've never used version 6.x, so I don't know if it is in there.)
