Trackstar 128?

Howdy all. Through random acquisition, I have a PC card called 
"Trackstar 128" - does anyone know if this is Apple II related? It's got 
2 65C02s on it, a couple serial/game ports, a composite video out, and 
what looks like a 20-pin disk controller connector on it. If this is 
Apple II related, does anyone have any more info about it and possibly 
some software for it? Mf'd by Diamond Computer Systems, Inc.
