file xfer from Mac to Apple IIe?

I need to transfer a serious quantity of files from my Macintosh onto 5
1/4" floppies for an Apple IIe.  What's the easiest way to do this?
Alternately, is there a 3.5" floppy drive available for the IIe?  I'd much
prefer this method...TIA!
