Regarding Ultima VI, I remember an Interview with Lord British after
the release of Ultima V. When he was asked about his favorite
computer, he stated something like "My favorite computer is the
Apple II gs. Our whole team likes it! My least favorite computers are
PC compatibles because writing a decent game on them is the hell!"

AND NOW.... !!!

People change and companies change, too. While L.B. has still a
IIgs for private use, most of the people at Origin don't even know
what an Apple II is in these days. Apple's marketing staff has
been very successful in wiping out the memory of the Apple II
from the minds of all but the stubborn folks on comp.sys.apple2
Now Gates' hell machines are the standard, I guess because they
are far more superior than the Apple II architecture...
