Ah, Michael, you're right.  I had forgotten some people use unenhanced
//e's.  Yep v1.9 or earlier.

System Utilities v3.1 will not run on an unenhanced machine.  I have
someone's here that is awaiting a Disk II Controller card.  He won't
enhance it, just wants it to run some DOS 3.3 stuff he found :/

System Utilities v2.1.1 does work on an unenhanced machine however and
also offers the choice of 40 or 80 column display.  Whether it would run
on a II+ I don't know.  v2.1.1 will convert disks from DOS 3.2 -> DOS 3.3,
DOS 3.3 -> ProDOS, and ProDOS -> DOS 3.3 but that particular screen uses
MouseText arrows that show up as inverse U's, cosmetic only.  v2.1.1
shipped with ProDOS v1.1.1, 18-SEP-84, but it will work with later
versons also.
