I have a related question, only I prefer csa2 opinions over the Mac advise
(I'm sure you can guess what that is ;-) ). At work I am administrator
of a Appleshare3.0 server (LAN) with MacSE, MacLC, IIGS and IIe (appletalk
equipped) over Appletalk network with a Farallon star-controller. We are
replacing a couple MacSE machines with PowerPC 7200 boxes and connecting
to Ethernet. Question: How to do this and still everyone connected to
the AppleShare server, LaserWriterNT, etc.? If we stayed with Appletalk
I don't forsee a problem, but one of the reasons for the PPC7200 is to get
on the campus ethernet/internet for e-mail and to use NetScape. How to
keep our present system together and compatible is my responsibilty and
challange.

Any easy answers?
