I have a Dell Ultrasharp 24" LCD monitor from about 2007 which has VGA,
DVI, component, S-video and composite inputs. (Model is 2407WFP, if I
remember right.)
Don't know offhand whether it supports PAL on the TV-compatible inputs,
and I don't have a working IIe to try it.
