1.02 is the latest version of the board.  The proper way to remove the 
65816 from the Zip is with a PLCC extractor.  Cost $5-10 at any good 
electronics store.  I suppose you could try to use bent paper clips or 
something, but I wouldn't do it with mine.  Good luck!
