Yes, it is.  No offense to the esteemed Dr. Tom, whom I am on peaceful
terms with, but I did once download a VAMPS readme and thought much the
same thing -- what the hairy hell does all this shit mean??

Got email from Burger Bill today, so he is alive and well and seems to
be getting into classic videogames.  But what about those 'wares...
