Now that is the first time I ever saw some state that politeness is
"fluff". It seems that Mr. Mates thinks courtesy should be uncommon
<grin>.
This is sad behavior for the maintainer of the FAQ. How did he get the
job anyway? Was he elected or self-appointed?
