I would think that what he is saying is that since Harold is not the
person who has been shown to sector edit commercial programs and then try
to release them as freeware, and since Harold has helped many legitimate
users with very difficult hardware problems, that he is more respected in
the legitimate Apple II community.

That's the great thing about the internet, pages usually arent canceled
for their content.  I have not seen this page, and I don't even have the
URL, but I can only imagine that it is funny.
