After following these newsgroups (comp.emulators.apple2, comp.sys.apple2 &
cop.sys.apple2.usergroups) for as long as I have, without posting, I think
that if anything, Nathan would be smart enough to address these issues to
the actual maintainers, not to a Usenet newsgroup.  If the maintainers of
these sites even read these groups, Mr. Mates still is making an empty
threat without any real ground to stand on.

I respect Mr. Mates' keeping of a FAQ that is quite organized and helpful
to newbies as well as veterans.  However, as usual, Nathan goes about his
business by flaming most anybody he sees fit.  I'm sure I'm in for it now,
because I decided to say something.

Either way, I hope that both the helpful ftp sites and Nathan's helpful
FAQ continue to be maintained.  Simply crying "piracy" though, Nathan,
will get you nowhere.  I doubt even the SPA would care.
