Um, not really.  It was easy enough to do single tones, but dual
tones required some wizardry.  The apple doesn't have a sound chip.
You just plucked the speaker thousands of times a second to make
it beep and stuff.  The best you could probably do to achieve a
red or blue box tone would be to sample it in through the cassette
ports, and even then you may not have the quality you need to make
it all work.
