This is fairly easy to do in several ways, assuming the disks aren't copy protected in 
some way.  But what kind of files are they?  Most, if not all, IIe program files won't 
work on the Mac without a Apple II card in the Mac, or unless you're planning to run 
them from a IIe (with WorkStation Card) or IIgs over a LocalTalk network.  Many 
document files won't be compatable (with the exception of ASCII files and, maybe some 
document files like Appleworks files--that some versions of ClarisWorks can import 
directly).  It would be useless and a waste of money to transfer files one couldn't 
run or access.

This is all assuming your project is legal--that you legally own the software, docs, 
etc.  What about our copywrite laws?  How do I know you're the legal owner of the 
files?  You're not proposing to hire me to engage in an activity that quite possibly 
(more than likely) is illegal, are you?   Hummm.  Good luck.
