Transfering files from IBM to IIGS??

Oi!

Can anyone help me with transfering files over from an IBM to an Apple
IIGS. There's some software on the net I want to download, and I need
to get binascii across to my IIGS and also the bsc files across so I
can decode them and use them. I'm new to using the IIGS so can you
make any ideas on this topic in detail. Thanks a heap for your time.
