yeah, i've got this GREAT diag tool for //e and //c.  it is perfect for
emulator writers who want to get it just right.  

i'll mail it to you.  if anyone wants it, let me know and i'll mail it to
you too.  FWIW, feel free to post it to some FTP server, the community
would probably want it.
